Chicken Caesar Wraps

August is National Sandwich month, but wraps count, right?

I decided to make an amazing Chicken Caesar Wrap. It’s basically a Caesar Salad, but in a pita.  How can you go wrong?  This relies on my leftover chicken you have around, lettuce, and caesar dressing….plus parmesan crisps if you’re feeling bougie.

So good!

Chicken Caesar Wraps

4 cups shredded romaine

2-4 tablespoons caesar dressing

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

4 Parmesan crisps, broken

4 Pitas

Mix together the romaine and caesar dressing.  Stir in the chicken and parmesan crisps.

Open the pita pockets and stuff with caesar salad filling.  Serve.

  4. I am not a huge fan of flour tortillas so I love that you used pita bread for your lovely wrap, Amy! Adding the Parmesan crisps is a great idea.
