Parmesan Crisps

Ok.  I’ve seen this recipe over and over.  It's basically just burnt cheese, but in a good way.  But you guys!

So good!

How are little parmesan rounds just as delicious as croutons?!?  I don’t even need them on salad, I can just eat them as chips!

Oh, and I added some seasoning because yum.  The seasonings start to look burnt, but don’t taste burnt.  Just deliciousness all around.

Parmesan Crisps

5 ounces shredded parmesan

¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

¼ teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Mix together the cheese, garlic, and onion powders.  Place 2 tablespoon mounds of cheese, 3-inches apart, on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is browned.

Remove from oven and cool on baking sheets for 5-10 minutes or until crisp.  Serve on salads or enjoy as they are!
