Strawberry Jell-o Shooters are perfect for Valentine's Day

The ladies at Holiday Fun with Blogging Friends are creating amazing Valentine recipes today!

I deiced to contribute a super easy, yet super versatile recipe today: parfaits!

These are super versatile, because you can make kid-friendly regular Jell-o parfaits or add some vodka to make Jell-o shots!  Hey-o!


Both versions are super delicious and perfect for Valentines!

Strawberry Jell-o Shooters

1 box strawberry Jell-o
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water or vodka
Whipped cream
Strawberries


Make the Jell-o, according to package instructions (replacing the cold water with vodka, if desired).

Place cups in a bread pan or other container at an angle.  Pour the Jell-o into the tilted cups and refrigerate until firm.

Top with whipped cream and strawberries and serve.
