Meatballs

1 pound ground beef

¼ cup bread crumbs

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt & pepper

1 egg

Noodles

1 pound bowtie noodles or pasta of choice

2 tablespoons butter

¼ cup parmesan cheese

¼-½ cup milk, as needed

⅓ cup basil pesto

Ghosts

Provolone cheese slices

Edible food marker

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil or silicone mats.

Mix together the meatball ingredients.  Portion out into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.  Drain and return to pan.

Stir the butter into the hot noodles and stir until melted.  Stir in the parmesan and milk.  Finally stir in the pesto, add more milk, if desired.

Stir the cooked meatballs into the pasta.

Draw ghost faces of sliced provolone with an edible food marker.  Place on top of meatballs.  Put lid back on pot for a minute or two or until cheese begins to melt.  Serve hot.
