We’ve all seen Cookie Monster Cupcakes, I’m sure, but here’s my take on the classic!
For these, I messily piped royal blue frosting over the tops of the cupcakes, added sugar eyes (I wish I’d had the larger ones, but I had to use what I had on hand).
For the chocolate chip cookie, there are choices. You can make mini cookies (so fun) or as I did on these cupcakes, simply cut a regular sized cookie in quarters. Easy and fun!
