Sunday Funday
Cheeseball
Bald Eagle Cheeseball
Cheeseball
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons cooked, crumbled bacon
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Garnish
2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella
2-4 tablespoons pecan halves
1 slice yellow bell pepper
2 slices black olives
Mix together the cheeseball ingredients until well combined.
Spread the remaining mozzarella over a piece of plastic wrap. Place the cheeseball in the middle. Wrap around to cover the cheeseball and mold into an eagle shape. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator. Press pecans near the bottom of the cheeseball like feathers, then add the olives for eyes and pepper as a beak. Serve cold.
This looks so cheesy & yum!
