Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies #pumpkinweek

Can I tell you how much I love pumpkin cookies?

You guys, I love pumpkin cookies!

I’m *almost* team pumpkin-spice-all-the-things, but there are some things that simply shouldn’t be pumpkin spiced, but I digress.

Pumpkin and pumpkin spice are seriously the best things about fall!

So obviously when #PumpkinWeek rolled around, I definitely wanted to make some cookies.

In this version of pumpkin cookies, I added molasses for some awesome depth and to complement those nice, warm fall spices.

Happy Baking everyone!
