New Years is usually all about
the champagne, but this year I am going to spice things up with a Colorado
Buffalo. Now, there is some disagreement
about the actual name of this drink.
Some call it a Colorado
Bulldog, but most Colorado Bulldog recipes I’ve seen don’t have the shot of
Morgan. So as far as I’m concerned, this
drink is a Colorado Buffalo, which is, for all intents and purposes the product
of a White Russian and a Morgan Coke getting drunk and having a baby that
tastes like a rootbeer float...only with booze!
Ice
1 shot vanilla vodka
1 shot Kahlua
1 shot Captain Morgan Spiced
Rum
4 oz Coke
1-2 tbsp cream
Place all of the ingredients
with a tall glass with ice. Use a straw
or stir stick to mix. Consume.
