Sometimes brats go on sale and I’m always looking for creative ways to serve them.
This time I decided simpler was better.
I took my recipe for rosemary potatoes and added the brats. So simple. So delicious. A new favorite!
An Amy’s Cooking Adventures Original Recipe
12 ounces new potatoes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
1 (20 ounce) package bratwursts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
Place the potatoes in a bowl. Stir together the butter, rosemary, and garlic. Pour over the potatoes and stir to coat. Place on the baking sheet in a single layer. Nestle the brats between the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Stir, then cook for an additional 20 minutes or until soft in the center and browned on the outside. Serve hot.
