I have a real love/hate relationship with Halloween.
I hate the spooky stuff. It scares me and all the demons and stuff goes against Catholic values. But mostly, I’ve always been easily scared and just don’t like it.
On the flip side, I LOVE costumes and dressing up (non scary ones at least) and seriously Halloween foods are the most fun to create.
Today’s recipe is not so much a recipe as a fun idea!
For this one, take your favorite pizza recipe. Make and bake as directed.
Meanwhile, use a ghost cookie cutter and cut slices of provoke, muenster, or havarti cheese into ghost shapes.
Once the pizza is cooked, add the ghost cheese to the top of the pizza and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until melted. Cut and serve.
