Mom added lots of butter, white sugar and milk. I'm pretty sure it wasn't too "healthy" that way. We soak ours in our rice cooker overnight, and turn it on in the morning for a delicious, easy breakfast. You can make them on the stove, too, but they take about 30-40 minutes. Totally worth a try.
